We truly hope you love your KOYA ARCHIVE pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Because many of our items are limited releases and sourced in small quantities, we have a structured return policy to keep things fair and sustainable.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unwashed
• Tags must still be attached
• Item must be in original condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please send us a message on any platform.

Include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.

This helps us ensure faster processing and availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

We will prioritize reshipping the exact item to you whenever possible.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Accessories
• Hats
• Intimates or delicate layering pieces

These items are non-refundable.

A Note on Limited Drops

Many of our pieces are released in small batches and may not be restocked.

We encourage checking measurements carefully before ordering. If you need help with sizing, feel free to reach out - we’re happy to guide you.
